Dear Patient’s,
We wanted to inform you that with the new year coming up we’ll be asking for your new Insurance ID cards. When we check your benefits prior to your appointment, if your deductible has not been met, a payment of $100 will be collected towards that visit.

Pay My Bill
For your convenience, you may pay your bill online on our Patient Portal. If your insurance changes, please let us know prior to your next appointment so we can adjust our records and ensure that your new insurance is among our in-network providers to receive maximum benefits. You may also pay your bill in our office at the time of your appointment.
